Our Work Speaks

Each project tells its own story – some whisper about heritage, others shout innovation. We've been lucky enough to work with folks who trust us to bring their visions to life, from cozy residential nooks to bold commercial statements across the Vancouver region and beyond.

Westridge Nordic Residence

Westridge Nordic Residence

Honestly, this one's close to my heart. The clients wanted that Scandinavian simplicity but weren't willing to compromise on warmth. We managed to nail passive solar design while keeping the aesthetic clean.

Residential Sustainable
Yaletown Tech Hub

Yaletown Tech Hub

Tech companies talk a big game about sustainability – this client actually meant it. Green roofs, reclaimed water systems, and a facade that adapts to seasonal light. Plus, the interior flow? Pretty darn intuitive if I say so myself.

Commercial Sustainable
Gastown Heritage Conversion

Gastown Heritage Conversion

Walking that line between preservation and functionality isn't easy. This 1912 warehouse had good bones – we just had to convince the building to work for modern tenants without losing its character.

Heritage
Tofino Coastal Retreat

Tofino Coastal Retreat

Building on the BC coast means respecting the weather, the landscape, and honestly, the neighbors' views too. Tons of natural light, storm-resistant materials, and a deck that feels like it's floating above the trees.

Residential Sustainable
Mount Pleasant Community Plaza

Mount Pleasant Community Plaza

Public spaces need to work for everyone – families, seniors, the local skateboarders (yes, we designed with them in mind). Permeable surfaces, native plantings, and seating that actually invites you to hang out.

Urban Planning Sustainable
Kitsilano Market & Bistro

Kitsilano Market & Bistro

Retail meets dining in a space that had to feel open but intimate. We knocked down some walls (with permits, obviously) and created sightlines that make the whole place feel connected without being noisy.

Commercial
Whistler Mountain Cabin

Whistler Mountain Cabin

Sometimes "cabin" undersells it. This is more like a sophisticated mountain home that happens to use timber framing and local stone. Big windows facing the peaks, cozy interiors that don't feel stuffy.

Residential
False Creek Co-Working Space

False Creek Co-Working Space

Flexibility was the whole brief here. Movable walls, adjustable lighting, acoustic panels that don't look like acoustic panels. Oh, and everything's low-VOC because headaches aren't productive.

Commercial Sustainable
Dunbar Laneway Housing

Dunbar Laneway Housing

Vancouver's laneway program is brilliant for density, tricky for design. These units maximize every square foot without feeling cramped – skylights, clever storage, and outdoor spaces that punch above their weight.

Residential Sustainable
Granville Island Artisan Studios

Granville Island Artisan Studios

Turning old industrial space into working studios for artists meant keeping the grit while adding function. Exposed brick, new HVAC (hidden, of course), and natural light that makes everyone's work look better.

Heritage Commercial
Commercial Drive Streetscape

Commercial Drive Streetscape

Working with the city on this was... an experience. But we got there – wider sidewalks, better bike lanes, street trees that'll actually thrive, and lighting that makes evening strolls feel safe and inviting.

Urban Planning
Shaughnessy Modern Duplex

Shaughnessy Modern Duplex

Two families, one building, zero compromises. Each side has its own identity while maintaining symmetry from the street. Privacy where it matters, shared garden spaces where it makes sense.
